We are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our brilliant Master’s graduates : Yenziwe Mbuyisa, Matthew van Eyssen, and Christopher Erasmus, who have successfully obtained their Master’s.
Yenziwe Mbuyisa – For her remarkable work on The Effects of Temperature and Water Availability on Water Use Efficiency in two 𝘔𝘺𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘢𝘦 species, 𝘌. 𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘴 and 𝘚. 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦. Her research contributes valuable insights into the environmental factors affecting plant growth and sustainability.
Matthew Van Eyssen – His project on Radial Variation in Wood Properties Affected by Environmental Factors offers a deeper understanding of how changing climates influence wood structure, which is crucial for forestry and climate change adaptation.
Christopher Erasmus – For developing an Innovative Wireless Dendrometer and Environmental Sensing System that opens new possibilities for real-time monitoring of environmental variables, a major leap in forestry and ecological research.
We are excited to see the impact that they will make in the world!
