Below you can find a list of scripts that have been developed in our team, which are not currently linked to EucXylo’s GitHub: 

• Quantitative_wood_anatomy - An open-source machine-learning approach for obtaining high-quality quantitative wood anatomy data from E. grandis and P. radiata xylem 

• Eucalyptus_transcriptomic_analysis - Differential expression analysis (DEA) and functional characterisation of genes associated with xylem development or physiology in Eucalyptus grandis subject to varying degrees of water availability. RNA extracts were taken from developing xylem tissue of the stem, and the mRNA sequenced for further analysis.
