Influence of biotic and abiotic conditions on microbes and pests in young 𝘌𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘺𝘱𝘵𝘶𝘴 trees

Monitoring pests, diseases, and the diversity of foliar fungal microbiomes in various Eucalyptus species planted at the IMPACT OAL. This project will advance knowledge of the variables influencing changes in the fungal microbiome as well as the incidence of pests and diseases in recently established Eucalyptus plantations.  Her research will concentrate on various eucalyptus genomes species planted at varying stand densities, including E. grandis, E. urophylla, E. cladocalyx, E. cloeziana, and clonal E. grandis.
